As far as him being useful, this is how the day can go: We vote for a townie, he uses his power and revives them, mafia must then choose whether or not to kill him or someone else. We have two relatively confirmed townies, possibly one after night for tomorrow depending on whether there's a doctor or hooker role around and they protect the right person. We vote for a mafian, they die, Corn doesn't use his power and the mafians are down one person. He's unknown, but if not killed the next night, we see about Day 2. If we lynch him, then we lose both of those possibilities. The moment we should lynch him is when he fails to revive a townie, not the first day.
