Well not that Nexon's learned from any past mistakes, but I notice that obtaining a white scroll seems similar to how we could purchase chaos scrolls from some similar quest item awhile ago. So... waiting for white scrolls to drop to 20m and hackers to be purchasing all accounts with 30 gold snow crystals on it for outragious prices. 
Someone with good ethics and an understanding of how this past hack worked out to point out to nexon what should be fixed.
