Need Help Downloading Tespia Faster

Come on, you live in America, your internet speed should be FAST.
I live in NZ. Known for the worst internet in developed nations, and I still get 400 kbps.

Actually the US market is incredibly slow compared to the rest of the world. Europe is where it's at for fast internet deployment. AT&T is just terrible, and Verizon is a cherry picker. Doesn't help that the US is so big.
