um, Wind booster anyone?

for sword users point of view:

I alsway thought 2nd job booster was -2 speed but whatever, it doesnt matter,

why would you care about the amount of advantage gained if (assuming 2nd job booster does indeed do -2)

2h user using Normal (6)
1h user using Fast (5)
becomes
2h user using fastest (2)
1h user using fastest (1)
fastest 2 and 1 have the same speed so the end result is the same...
the only problem for 1h users is that 1h sword+ shield is more expensive but you also have the advantage of fast speed during solo training..

and for rigbol users they would be overpowered in general by normal speed 2h sword users assuming that the normal 2h sword users capped their dex lower then the rigbol users.. but then again, rigbol users have fast speed during solo training so..

the only thing i personally dislike is the idea that i wont have to use my red katana that often no more.. cause with wind booster my sparta will have the same speed.. but then again my sparta gives more atk so it would also be a boost.. the only "negative" thing would be the fact that 2h sword users would do equal damage overtime then me...

AND if 2nd job booster does only -1 speed then that would only mean that 1h sword users still would have an advantage over 2h users with their fast (5) weapons..

Could anybody confirm the below stated:
- 2nd job booster gives -2 or -1 speed level?
- fastest (2) and fastest (1) are the same atks per minute?
- fastest (2) is faster then faster (3)?
