One of the biggest things I'd like to see is the removal of the separate CS for certain classes...I should be able to share everything from the CS across all chars on my account.
I'd also like to see flexible 2x cards that you can turn on/off and use when you want...I've been saying thats how they should be since 2x cards were introduced years ago.
You should be able to trade "used" CS items as well.

It works exactly as you just said, only prepaid-cash items can be traded.
You should be able to trade "used" CS items as well.
