I request restarting till you get a snow level. Yeah, hard to use boats, but at least get something different. Heck, maybe with the update there could be isolated weather. If not, try and get a spawn point nearby a large body of water so we can find isolated areas easier. Can't get attacked while on a boat either.
Going to survey the damage once more before it goes down, but I only saw like 4 boom spots which I still think are repairable.
Mind uploading the map file for single-player before deleting and remaking? Before doing that I'd need many many full large chests of blocks for repairs since I don't intend to mod my game for free blocks. If I have spare time, I might repair it on my own over time and then we could have two servers. One for design, the other for survival.
