Pea sized lump on ballsack. Should i cut it off?

Might just be a pimple or it could be a yeast infection. Does it irritate you? It would help us a lot if you could find a camera and take a picture of it so we can have a look. Have to know what we are dealing with here.

It isn't a pimple because it's been there since the end of summer. Yeast infection...i doubt it. It doesn't bother me at all normally, but it's recently started to lightly sting when fapping.

A picture of my ballsack would get me perma banned...it looks like a white pea just under the surface skin of my left testie.
