I don't think this guy should be punished, the natural age for sex is much lower then the age defined by society, if a 13 year old girl felt she wanted to have sex then that should be her descision and she should be able to make that descision , I find it complete BS to say that having sex at age 13 would be traumatizing if you did it willingly most people have seen porn by the age of 10. the only reason its considered wrong is due to religious oppression and other social factors making it taboo/"wrong" over the course of human history.
however, before I get flame for this
I do understand that it CAN be traumatic under many circumstances but alot of it hasn't a thing to do with the act itself but with the stigma attached to it in our modern sexualy repressed culture.
also, I have a problem with arresting people before they commit somthing on a philosophic level, its bordering on thought crime.
