Nerf Skills from Potential Glitch

So, let me get this straight. If you put other pants over the ones with decent hyper body... You keep it. And then, after that, even if you take them off (the ones without hb, like, being pantless), it'll stay in the skillbook, or it'll be gone?

It'll stay regardless what you do, beside one thing and only one thing: You have no pants on at all. What's the danger in this? Overall.

Personally, I think the fact that the skill can disappear at all implies that this matter is a glitch, at least intention-wise. Unlocking the skill's availability implies no expiration. The process of unlocking, even when taken away, should not imply any sort of annihilation of whatever being unlocked, much like failure in opening a door has nothing to do with locking it. Because the skill does go away, there is something that sustains its existence; I'll leave it to each one their own judgement what that is.
