Does the Soul arrow glitch exist in BB?

Doesn't a Blue stat denote that it's been reduced? Ciders make my Accuracy blue and Rage makes my Defense blue.

That's what I thought too, but I didn't have anything that would've reduced my attack. Maybe I just had trouble differentiating between blue and black.

Edit: Nevermind, still there, for Wild Hunters on Tespia, at least.

Edit: Blue Damage Range occurs when a Mech has bullets, and is not on the robot.
