He's not talking about the markings on the continent map but the actual dots that represent areas. There's a dot marking a map near the center on this map that doesn't correspond to a map that's currently in the game. Since the only way the dots show up on the continent map is if there's a place in the data it's connected to, that means there's at least one map that's on Nexon's internal servers that isn't in the official game.
(hope that's clear enough, it's hard to write it legibly when we use the word "Map" to refer to the world maps and each screen of the game.)

I don't feel like thumbing through 26 pages to find said image of said dot; where exactly is this dot? Is it on the invasion plans map at the end of CWKPQ, or what?
