From event dates it seems that next patch will be August 17th. Could it be that Tespia will launch week earlier, which would mean August 10th? Or then we'll just have one patch before Masteria update.
If so, we could expect more info about this in 4 days. Also, both NLC and Crimsonwood keep were released in summer (cwk august and nlc july 27).
If they open Tespia 1 week before patch date it'll be just as useless as it was during the previous terms.
