THE MOON IS INSIDE THE DOME!!!
But that's probably just an error in their image layering.
That guy on the left, I'm guessing it's the big cheese, Dr. Krakia himself. Because, throughout time, evil villain guys have been known to hover around on mechanical bowls. Dr. Robotnik, Bowser, Dr. Wily and Papulatus just to name a few.
Also, the lasers, have a pattern, which I assume is a to create the dome most of you are also assuming, but how come we can't see it off another place in Masteria? What if this dome serves as a camouflage? A cloak?
I'm so excited, I want to draw a female NPC off of this area (assume there's a sexy one)! : D
