You don't really find out much about Krakia until you start completing Jack/Lukan's quests, which end up at 90+, and do Cool As Ice, which requires pretty much every single other masteria quest finished and mark of naricain equipped. So it's pretty safe to say that Krakia will include 110+ content or 90+ at the bare minimum.
