Before I begin to explain, I just wanted to mention that this is not confirmed and nothing was announced by Nexon. This is speculation (educated speculation) since this problem occurred before and it was handled with a rollback. Im not spreading rumors though.
The glitch where you cannot log into a certain character has happened back in October/ November of 2007. Characters were rollbacked by a week if I remember correctly.
Remember people got the 24hour 2x exp card, in addition with the 2x exp event and everyone got massive levels on Thanksgiving and the prior days?
I just thought this would be something to think about and worth posting.
