Logically, it would make sense for MoNs not to be potential-ed because there are no slots. It is my understanding that enhancement scrolls only work when slots = 0, which is not the same as having no slots (right? The variable should be missing completely, but maybe someone can confirm/deny that for us).
In the [illogical] case you can potential MoNs, expect those 2/2 rings (the dex/str and luk/int ones) to shoot through the roof since those would also be potential-ed. So could possibly medals. Although I didn't see in the potential threads mentioning anything about medals which leads me to believe you cannot enhancement scroll no slots items, but we'll see.
