[1.2.328] Battlemages get their spotlight

The thing is mostly the style of play, I prefer to have my keyboard simple. And about chakra, I remember someone using it at the CWKPQ bosses to lure them, and he had a good level one, where the animation seemed quite faster than level 1. Can't remember who it was, maybe it was Devil's Sunrise, but not sure.

Unless it gets a out of nowhere speed bost that isn't listed in-game at lvl 30 I can say it doesn't get any faster. Who actually has Chakra at lvl 1 at any point in time anyways?
