This one. Considering that right now most well known guilds have a selected FM room in a determined channel, where they all gather, talk, AFK together and sometimes even sell stuff, I think this would be a great feature. Also, ifrthey set it as in LineAge and other games where you upgrate the guild hall paying with mesos and even can get some benefits from it (buffs and bonuses) everone would love it and it would help the economy by sinking some mesos. It might be hard to implement in MapleStory, but i think its worth the try.
