Sacrifice is a really strong skill, but it uses 11% of your HP, which may or may not be an issue. It can limit Berserk as you need to remain over 70% to use it, but with auto-pot who cares. It does ignore defense, but I think that might not apply to bosses, according to the description. I could be reading that wrong though.

Unless they changed it does ignore defense on bosses too.
