1) Bow Expert 30 = 60% Mastery, + WA 30 (passive)
2) Concertate 30 = + WA 25 (active, half the time)
3) Hurricane 30 = 200% dmg
4) SE = 15% chances of 30% additional cric dmg
Low multiplier? your dmg formula? do they actually even nid higher multiplier? :f6:
The weapon attack probably makes a big difference, but 75% mastery is lower than the current 81% and the updated Hurricane is weaker than the current one. BMs also have one of the lowest attack multipliers (1.15), and need to allocate a hefty 105/115/125 total stats to their secondary stat.
