Quick Question About Weapon Speed And Attack

If this is for KMST, good luck because we don't know the weapon formulas. Either way, we need to know all your stats and not just "how much x is better than y?"

I thought you guys could calculate weapon speed vs weapon attack on certain weapons, such as swords, without knowing gear and stuff.
