What they didn't think about, is that it would then be able to poison and kill in 40 seconds, or you can shadow web it, and it would be dead after 31 hits. Now, they are trying to figure out (I would assume they have a theory on how to do this) how to make it stunnable, and not poison/web-able.
Exactly. After all, you wouldn't really have to "look into" something that could be fixed by setting the boss flag to 1, now would you? They could have just released a patch with the boss flag set to 1 to fix it.
As for my question, here is the complete question I asked:

After running the ratios by a few other monsters around their levels, however, I found that these monsters are great! Except the fact that they have annoying immunities and skills or spawn with terrible monsters. My question is, do you plan on "fixing" these EXP:HP ratios (particularly the windraider, who has a horrid 40 HP to 1 EXP ratio) and dropping a few immunities? Actually, my only real qualm is with the WindRaider. It basically feels like it's there to ruin possibly great training areas. I love it's design, but could you at least give it 800 EXP or something? Other than that, I love Bigfoot. Great originality though I'm a tadbit worried about poisoning the boss.
