Nothing will be changed until we get final results, so the threads assertion is mostly correct. This is nothing really. Yet.
And that's my point, just making people consider that all PQs are availible now, maybe they'll work around level restricted areas, they are already tweaking the skills AND formulas, monster book maybe delivering a surprise on its comeback, and many other stuff still unadressed.
Just that this seems quite a lot for now, considering that... Well, in a single patch, they basically turned the game upside down. Wait for the tenth...
