[Notice] Big Foot Glitch Abuse

Yeah, because poisoning Bigfoot totally makes you illegitimate, I forgot. A player ASKED a Nexon representative about poisoning Bigfoot and he didn't state that it wouldn't work or that you shouldn't do it. In fact, he encouraged the player to do so.



An incompetent GM super-megaphoned about an event in Yellonde three days ago. After about a dozen ambiguous super-megaphones about glitchers, none of which implied as to what the glitch was, she said that "glitchers will get what's coming to them." She then proceeded to continue running her events, did not ever mention Bigfoot, poisoning, Eternity, or any of the players involved. Considering she does not even know third grade literacy rules, it's pretty safe for most people to assume she had no idea what was going on.

Making a notice threatening to punish anyone who's glitched a WEEK after a Nexon representative encouraged a player to poison a Bigfoot and SEVERAL DAYS after another inefficient representative said they will be punished, is not a very intelligent thing to do.

It's obvious by Prose's answer that he didn't understand what he was answering. "...it takes some coordination"; You think he would have said that if he realized DoT attacks would down it solo in less than a minute? "Coordination" would be useful for stuns, Doom, things like that, but DoT downs it basically instantly with ZERO coordination. Hell, a FP Mage could drop a mist cloud and immedaitely die, but their mist would still be able to kill the boss, even as the ghost of the player returns back to town. Some coordination.

How were we players supposed to know this monster was not meant to be poisoned?

Incidentally, I kind of like how some of these guys can't be hit while they're in knockback animation. Adds a bit more technique required. I know killing all the Elder Wraiths I did that it would have been a great deal easier if I could hit them while they were KB'd, but easier does not equate to funner.
