Wealthy and Unfortunate

I second Eos. Most people who gains their wealth (not 'earn') by lottery ends up losing it because they either die or don't know how to spend that money. Regardless, a smart person would have made a trust fund. Though I know this is hard to believe, if I had 300m in my hands, I'd spend it on mostly necessities, then everything else later. I wouldn't mind donating money to starving children either, that's how money should be spent. That and most of the money would be used for my future children and perhaps grandchildren. Sad to see that others can be more greedy and try to kill these people.

I've heard stories from my parents that they knew friends that won the lottery or something in Vietnam, and one of the neighbors killed them at night. Sad.
