Jack Daniel's is great, but then there's Gentleman Jack's. I prefer the latter, it just tastes better to me. I drank Smirnoff before too, I have a giant bottle of Smirnoff Raspberry vodka in my cabinet, actually. As far as Rum goes, I enjoy my Captain Morgan's:

-Spiced Rum
-Long Island Tea

PS: Fernet-Branca, eh? Interesting, might have to look that up. Always am interested in imports.
