Dreams~

One recurring dream I have is the one where you're just falling. Nothing of noticable features surrounding me. Just straight up free falling. It's one of those dreams where you know in the dream itself that you're dreaming and on some subconscious level accept the fact that you're dreaming and yet still feel anxious. Being that I have anxiety issues I can feel myself in the dream just having a full blown panic attack. And then I just wake up. I'm usually having an anxiety attack at this point as well and wake up with my heart beating like a race horse and feeling incredibly claustrophobic. Do not like ):

I can't help but feel it's a reflection of my life and it's just spiraling out of control and there's nothing that I can do about it :\
