Rigged CPQ is not an exploit.
While you are technically playing their mini game in a way they did not necessarily foresee, you are still playing the game (technically) to their standards.
CPQ was indeed created to have two teams fight against each other. If one of those teams instead decides to help the other, then that is definitely not an exploit. It's instead considered taking advantage of the system (which doesn't have to be inherently wrong.
Some users, however, are much more strict and believe that it should be solely played as it was strictly intended.
