Normal/Rare/Epic/Unique Items

I hated white scrolls because they meant getting literally perfect items was feasible, if you had lots of money.

This kinda removes that cap on stats - you can keep upgrading until you get that 10 star unique, and there's no cash shop cheat to get it instantly.

I thought the same thing until I started making, and eventually finished my own perfect weapon. Now I'm like "Crap it's going to explode when I use these scrolls on it". I guess we'll all be going back to spamming level 100 weapons with 30s, and then these scrolls if they aren't impossibly rare/expensive.
