Sad attempt at reconciliation

After re-reading the BBB response for like the billionth time, it sounds like they're looking into it already. I just checked the ticket but it still says 'Open', not even 'Work in progress'. I'm really starting to lose hope here. I wonder if getting the cops involved is a good idea since Microsoft mentioned it when they denied me access to my e-mail.. my parents just refuse to drive me down to the station. If the response to the ticket is another bad response then I'll just spend the couple hours and walk to the damn police station myself.

Thinking back a year or two, wasn't there an arrest where someone deleted an account? lemme look for a link.
