the glasses scrolls aren't 100%?

Glad I didn't go any higher than lvl30.

It's said on Nexon's site that the 50% and 80% ones are from gach, therefore it can be assumed that the rewards are like this:
- Lvl 30: glasses
- Lvl 50: 60% allstat scroll
- Lvl 60: 100% allstat scroll
- Lvl 80: 30% +1atk scroll
- Lvl 100: 100% +1atk scroll

It says 60% and 30% scrolls.
