new KMST gear has percentage based ACC and AVOID

It counts base dex, not dex from equips.

Let me give you an example:
Without ALL my equipment I have 266 accuracy and 353 avoid.
When I only equip my Ravana Helmet (11% accuracy/9% avoidability) then I will have 295 accuracy and 378 avoid.
Other stats of helmet: 18 STR / 20 DEX / 19 INT / 22 LUK / 58 HP / 79 MP / 101 W.DEF/ 104 M.DEF / 7 Speed / 4 Jump

266*1.11 = 295.26, even though the helm also adds 20 dex and 22 luk.
