also how does this affect other classes other than just warriors? all ive read so far is stuff about how warrior may or may not be affected by this pending their stat allocation.

For the rest? Depends. Below 100 natural acc/avoid, worse. With more, better.

I don't know if it would be good if it affected skills....
Imagine, blessing, bullet time and mastery, all give acc/avoid %, that would make the base accuracy/avoid too low for some people o,o
