Always updates, dedicated servers, low system requirements, free DLCs, the company is funny and good....yeah. Heck, it has so many official modes, and custom modes, and zombie modes, you're never going to get old of it.
Hell, L4D is a PC game, too. That is the best team game you're going to play. No doubts about it. Same company as TF2.
MW2 and Bad Company are basically "you're on your own" games, even though they do have Capture the Flag and crap (well, at least less teamwork than TF2 and L4D).
