As someone who has a 200 I can't help but note you say this with only a 123 NL mentioned and have to ask if you're actually speaking from experience, because 200, even as a mage, is an insane crapfest of mindlessly grinding away in a world that was never designed for anyone to be past 140, on an experience curve that was built for content that still doesn't even exist in the native country.

200 is possible, yes, but it was also possible before we ever had Ludi, and it was only marginally more insane of an objective then.
The fact people can get to 200 isn't a testament to the design and implementation of the game, but to the raw determination of it's players to achieve the video game equivalent of moving an ocean with an eye dropper.
