In terms of music, it depends what you want. I'm not going to recomend any specific song, but I'll say this:
1. Stay away from overused music
2. Go with something with a good, strong, beat, perhaps to match the speed of hurricane.
3. Your video is going to basically be a continuous hurricane video, so dont make it too long, and have music that starts strong instead of something that builds up to a point, if that makes sense.
