When pe first came out nexon perma banned people for that major hack. I think they even removed a few items that were packet edited in to the game
Not everyone can afford to risk all 30s and 50s on a weapon. Just like you're saying balanced furies are rare, chaos scrolls were rare as well! Hackers were helping put more into the market, which is obv a good thing.
And 60%s had a huge impact on the economy lol; 60%s scrolls became ~twice as cheap after the black sack hack. Good for the hackers who have lots of 60%s; horrible for anyone who invested in 60%s earlier.
