The problem with this is arguement is, other MMOs i know of and currently play does NOT run into THIS many, and this LEVEL, of errors.
And they are ran by less funded. and smaller companies. This means that Nexon, a far more well off company: if not just fixing these problems IS capable of improving to the level of other companies at LEAST.
recently, there's pretty much been a "what the heck?" sort of bug or issue after almost every single patch this year that was beyond the usual "server going online issues" From account data being spammed on forums to remote hacks to hacked GMs to bugged PQ buffs to the return of 8x to Duping issues to event-rewarded scrolls being hacked. and all of this occuring just 3 months into 2010. I've been checking even game forums i DON'T play to see if this level of fail exists elsewhere.
Can't find them. ntreev was the only company that came close.
Seeing as how for a while back in 2008 i never encountered this many issues in such short time while playing MS. I'm more convinced this is just a sudden influx of carelessness.
So either A: Nexon has dropped the ball. or B: MapleStory is so crappily coded it really needs to be dropped at this point due to it being so easily bugged/ easily hacked.
