Nexon america probably codes only 20%-40% of the game. But I do see everyones point in they're a professional company but you still have to give them some slack. I do agree that the pirate skill sounds are one of the many things nexon could easily fix but chose not to. But glitches are part of a games life and if they're fixed then people shouldn't be holding it against the company for the rest of the games life. Its like if I forget a school assignment, I do it any way and turn it in even though it will still be a 0. And I don't hold it against me and neither do any of the teachers yet.
From what evidence did you conclude the 20-40% of coding? My understanding is that Nexon is the game publisher only. Publishers generally don't develop as well. And yes, glitches are a fact of life. For most game companies, fixing glitches soon after they're reported is also a fact of life.
Not so much for Nexon/Wizet as many an old school archer on this forum can attest to. Nexon has a looooooooooooong history of not fixing glitches in a timely manner, of not addressing in game issue is a timely manner, of not managing their server checks, etc. There are still plenty of glitches/bugs in the game that have not been addressed for a long time. Your school assignment analogy is simply an epic fail. I barely understood what you're trying to say.
