Still looking. I have about 3.5b to spend (not that I plan on spending that much on a 12 attack, highest price I've heard of for a 12 is about 2.9b) and am now opening up my purchase to all servers. If you have a 12 attack cape in another world I can pay 25k NX for a mule of yours to server transfer over and sell me it here. I can convert my money to MTSable/'wanted' items if you want, so you don't have to pay for a transfer back.
