Positives of an I/L?

Hidden-street is not always an accurate source. I thought by 130 levels you would have realized how many inconsistencies there are. In any case, when the change comes, all the Oblivions are going to be ice-weak and all the Regrets are still fire-weak. However, even though Oblivions are ice-weak, it'll still be pretty difficult for ILs to 1hko the Guardians. Being able to 1hko the Oblivion monks is pretty useless because they're too spaced out for any good training.

Also, I have to clear this up. CL is a weak skill. It's only stronger when there's exactly two or three targets.

Last thing: Having a non-freezing summon really sucks.

Well I have no plans to use ultimates to train at Oblivion mobs. I will when there's gigantic mobs around me, but I'll generally be using CL and seal. Sure it may not be as fast as ultimate training, but I've never liked that anyways.

And it's a weak skill because it does 30 less base damage than paralyze? In that case, Elquines is weak on bosses because it does less damage than ifrit and can't freeze bosses.
