I completely agree, and if you had semi-godly gear and you decided to not run everyday, they would obviously have to find a replacement correct? Not everyone in the same guild/alliance are going to go bossing every single day. Maybe this is just from personal experience, but I never had much trouble getting into boss runs (except for sometimes when people hold HT or Zak)
