Be careful when logging in

Was your situation similar to mine in which every time you tried to log in with the correct password, it would say this is an ID that is already logged in? I did submit a ticket but they probably won't get around to it until the next SC anyways since they don't work weekends and I doubt they work on president's day.

I don't think it works like that, since entering a password means you're not IN the game to begin with?

I can get to the login screen fine, and it keeps saying that I'm still logged in even though all my characters aren't online.
