I only get frustrated when I have to spend a large amount of time doing something... like dodging 200 lightnings in FFX or having to deal with crappy sales in the Free Market.
I certainly wouldn't get angry over something like Smash though.. maybe at a tournament setting sure but if it's just something with friends.... In your case for Halo, I wouldn't feel frustration, maybe embarrassment o_o
