F6. Where are you getting this 2x? Base attack of Dark Fog is 750, while it's 570 (and in KMS now 620 for Meteo and 600 for Blizzard), while Amp is weaker for Evan than ArchMages and there is no Dark Elemental Wand.

I don't feel like number crunching but, while I'm willing to bet Dark Fog is, in the end, the strongest ultimate, it's not by much when you factor in all the other advantages ArchMages have. Oh, and Dark Fog's cooldown is 20 seconds.

Oops. I read 2x somewhere, but I was too lazy to actually look up the numbers.

Meteor and Blizzard come out stronger after Ewands and Amp, and Fury for Evans.

750 * 1.35 * 1.1 = 1113.75
620 * 1.5 * 1.25 = 1162.5
600 * 1.5 * 1.25 = 1125

There's a damn load of other factors, like Soul Dragon (+20 passive magic attack), Critical Magic (Critical Hits) , Magic Mastery (passive mastery and some passive magic attack), a -3 booster (not -2), Onyx's Blessing (+50 Magic attack, not passive) and etc. I'll throw in Ghost Lettering for the heck of it, too. AMs only have a -2 booster (although negligible since Dark Fog has a 20 second cooldown) and Meditation. Which isn't passive. You could count summons too, though.
