The Best Bang for My Buck

Hi, I was wondering, which of my gear seem weak compared to my equipment as a whole? I need to upgrade a lot before I can train without shame again (I was hacked/scammed).

11 INT, 19 M.Atk Earrings
11 INT, 8 M.Atk PUAC
21 INT Sauna Robe
12 INT, 9 M.Atk Yellow WG's
4 INT Yellow SS's
14 INT, 100 M.Atk Maple Shine Wand
8 INT, 15 M.Atk Maple Shield

Basically what would be the most cost efficient gear upgrade? I'm not very high on mesos but I still want decent gear ><

I'd say look for 6+ shoes.
And MAYBE a new overall
And LASTLY a shield
The rest of it seems in great shape.
