I say "for." You know, the only reason why the mass majority does it is because it's illegal and they like the thrill of not getting caught for doing something illegal. If they made it legal, you'd probably have less people caring to do it. Kind of like cigarettes... Sure, tons of people smoke cigarettes, but if it were illegal, you'd probably be seeing MORE people doing it for the thrill of getting away with it.
