Videos / Movies can be converted via iTunes or purchased via iTunes.
iWork is $9 for the entire suite.
Accessories are not overpriced compared to netbook/pc. $30 is not expensive.

The iPad is a consumer product. Netbooks are useless, just buy a laptop if you're going to get a netbook. All you're going to do on it is type or casually browse the internet, you may as well get something like the iPad. If you want to play games or do heavy-intensive things you'll need a laptop or a desktop.
For the price i could get an iPad, I could also get a pretty decent netbook or laptop, even desktop computer. In price comparison iPad fails. Actually, it fails in almost every category, besides being shiny, of course.
HTML5lol. Flash isn't going anywhere soon.
NOte: Only thing apple is good at is Apps... oh wait, they don't make the apps, people do.
