For some reason, I keep thinking that 'eye accessory' and 'face accessory' are one and the same. *is shot*
Anyways, I'd put my money on face accessory. It looks like this thief is wearing some kind of mouth guard.
Actually, if I remember correctly, the two khanjar shields were introduced by JMS. If this is true, KMS likely does not have them, and the KMS developers likely won't take the existence of these two shields into consideration in terms of what type of recommended stat build this legend may have.
