Problem is that they can't sue OdinMS for copying content, it's not the idea of MapleStory they ripped off, it's the code of the MapleStory client and the server code they used based on this game.

If copying ideas was a plausible means of sueing someone, games as we know them today wouldn't even exist. Hell, MMORPGs are all based around the same concept.
